Burger King in Erding

As usual the food was great as usual What let it down for me was that I ordered through the app for the first time and it told me the order were processed in order of receipt. I arrived within the 5 minutes it said my order would be ready. A couple came in behind me and placed an order and they got their order before me I asked the server, why this had happen and he said he had not seen me??? Which contradicts the app, as it says, your name will be called and you do not have to announce your arrival Though I was in the shop for 10- 20 minutes, I do take into consideration current situation. but I must conclude I was upset by the orders not coming out in order, like you referenced it would

Don't even bother. Slow service, cold food, appalling value.

Lockdown has not been kind to Burger King. No milkshake. No desserts and the Fanta tasted like a bunch of melted down boiled sweets. Not nice. No wait time though at the drive through.

Love BK but today's order was a bit of a let down. Chicken royale was a pretty dry and cold. Chips/drinks and chilli cheese bites were lovely. Dad enjoyed his whopper I think.

Ordered online! Food arrived cold. My bottle of Coca Cola was warm! Vile. Anybody who drinks fizzy pop will know that it’s not nice unless it’s cold. I think it’s a complete cheek! Won’t bother again! First and last time ordered online!! Much better places!

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. Staff are rude, place is run down. Food was supposedly cooked fresh but was still cold, drinks machines out of order. Would never go again

I Though the building was closing down or derelict by the state of the outside of it.. nature is calming the land back.. I'm worried that the same management for the upkeep of the building maintenance outside is also in charge of the hygiene inside, But the staff were lovely and food was good..

It's just another Burger King.

Poor management.

So I turned up 10 mins before the opening of the shop and was rudely spoke to by some African lady saying wait outside in a abrupt manner when I just wanted to ask a simple question. And then when I did finally get to order the. Meal was just terrible, 10 mins within opening it’s like the burgers were cooked from hours ago and just left in the warmer, the buns must of been left out over night. This has to be a franchise restaurant because no official Burger King restaurant could operate like this. It used to be a nice place to go but has been run down. AVOID at all costs !!!!!!!!

Tatty, in disrepair, overgrown. Doesn't instill any confidence. Food looked sad but seemed ok. Should be in a category called *for emergencies only*

Food was OK. Order slightly wrong but didn't bother changing it. Women on counter was polite and great. No cleaners about cleaning tables. Hand gell not working. No social distancing at all. Management just looked and walk back to her office. Disappointed as no cleaning stuff available. Will not be visiting her again.

Extremely un cooperative. Very rude and saying no to everything. Not very courteous, especially this person behind the till. Blondy big girl with specs on shift 19/08/2020 at 13.00 hrs lunch time. Waste of money toooo expensive and a rundown place, staff need full retraining.

Lovely food as always. Much prefer BK burgers over McDonald's. Reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the Original Coke was unavailable at the machine, so had to choose a different drink.
